National step in a puddle day = IT

Yesterday was "National step in a puddle and splash your friends" day, so River got to try on her new wellies for the first time. We just went for a waddle around the garden because she was having a bit of trouble walking in them (there is a vid on my Instagram 🤣), so there weren't many puddles..but she still had fun. (She can't jump yet anyway). So I'm stood there looking at my beautiful little girl in her bright red Wellington boots, and her lovely yellow raincoat..and something hits me. Yup, all she needs is a red balloon🎈I've dressed my kid as Pennywise bait. Whoops!! I knew I was drawn to those particular items for some subconscious reason lol.
